Mystique Jewellers Exchange Policy

* As a goodwill gesture, if you change your mind and decide you no longer like or require the goods or that they are the wrong type, size or colour we will exchange the goods within 30 days of purchase if we are satisfied that the goods are in their original condition and have not been damaged in any way whatsoever and you produce a receipt, tax invoice or other satisfactory evidence as Proof of Purchase.

* Please retain this receipt or forward it to your gift recipient as Proof of Purchase 

* Special orders require a non-refundable 50% deposit before an item can be ordered

* Special orders cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty 

* This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law 

* Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged
